Activities

We are a family oriented farm with activities for the whole family to enjoy!

Strawberry Picking:

We have the Largest Vertical Farm in the State of Maryland with 15,000 strawberry plants. This is a unique picking experience.  The towers are raised off the ground by three feet, so no bending down to pick strawberries.  U-Pick is available in season and weather permitting.

Blueberry Picking:

New for our 2017 Season.  We planted over 1,800 blueberry bushes, so we will have plenty of blueberries for all to enjoy!  U-Pick is available in season and weather permitting.

Goat and Duck Feeding: 

We have four goats full of personality that LOVE visitors.  Maggie, Annabeth, Oreo, and Sammy.  We have four ducks, and one chicken that co-habitat with the goats. The ducks are Mabel, Agnes, Stella, and Harriet.  The chicken is  Henrietta.  We offer food inside the store to feed the goats, ducks, and chicken.  Fun for kids of all ages.

Tours:

We offer tours the first Monday of the Month at 10am, or by special request for larger groups.  This is a fun tour featuring how we use organic growing practices.  We teach you how we grow heirloom tomatoes, strawberries, blueberries, green leafy vegetables, the advantages of vertical farming, greenhouse growing, and the day-to-day activities of farming.
